Q: Any Chinese foods, fruit, or herbs that increase metabolism for weight loss-that actually work?

Forget the infomercial quacks. Have any of you lost weight using a Chinese organic or natural food, fruit or herb?  For years we in the West poked fun at their accupuncture, and CTM but they are now performing the most successful stem cell treatments in the world.  So I was wondering about weight loss since the only fat Chinese people I see are the kids who gorge themselves on western fast foods.

No, but I do eat a lot of the street food, and I think the lack or food safety actually helps me evacuate my system more often and I have lost about 5 KG in the last 6 months
