There are 2 that I know of, which are pretty good:

 

-The one on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the Lido mall (丽都饭店), you can find more details here

-The one on the street west of the Worker's Stadium (工体西路), which according to City Weekend, is temporarily closed for renovations. Clickity-click.

 

There probably are more, but those two are the only ones I've been to. Try the Lido one, it's the one I usually went to, and it's not crowded. You might even see that middle-aged Chinese guy that takes... "awesome" poses when he throws the ball. You'll know him when you see him.
