Yeah any bar would be expat friendly if you got the cash they got the friendly. Money goes a long way here doesn't matter who you are or what the color of your skin is....asking a question about expat friendly doesn't make sense especially since you are saying a bar that is expat friendly. Most bars in China period are expat friendly. Never saw a bar that wasn't. 

 

You might be getting the expat friendly thing mixed up with another country!
