Q: Anyone know any good dough-drop soup (疙瘩汤) recipes?

Wanted to make this soup at the weekend but couldn't find any good recipes in English online, and all the Chinese recipes were hard to follow. Anyone made this soup before who can share a recipe and tips? Thanks!

I'm not sure of the recipes but I know you can buy one of those cook books that offer you tips on how to make stuff like dough drop soup...There are recipes in many cookbooks you just have to pay that small fee or you can write it down in the store but that would make you look like cheap charlie! haha!

A:Chinese are generally pretty tolerant friendly and accepting whatever foreigners do. I spent 15 years in China but I wouldn't say there are that many don'ts....Don't assume that many people speak English though and learn some Chinese. Don't speak much about politics unless you want to praise Chinese system. -- Natalie363
