Q: Is anyone in Zhangjiagang?

Hi everyone, I just moved to Zhangjiagang and don't know anyone apart from my employers. I was wondering whether any of you live here, if you know of anyone who lives here, or if there is a site for expats that I can find which will tell me? It'd be great to catch up with someone and have a conversation in English, haha.

I dont live there but my good friend used to work there in EF, I've met a few guys that worked there, they might be the DOS or senior teachers by now but they are friendly.  You could always go over there and inquire about part time teaching and make friends.

I start read up about that place. Heard it's supposed to be very clean and friendly, with the local government being applauded for their work in keeping its citizens "civilised." Well, according to Wikipedia anyway!

Hi everyone,

I am a native citizen in Zhangjiagang and can speak English well. I am hoping to make friends more and keep practicing my English. In return, I can teach Chinese and offer necessary help during your stay here. Have a nice day ^_^
