no, but that may haV CHANGED SINCE I'VE BEEN THERE THERE ARE A LOT OF NEW ANTI SMOKING LAWS

Remember where you are Smoking is considered manly in China and if you don't smoke you are not a man. If you chain smoke everyone will respect and admire you. Bars without smoke are you joking? The Chinese would tear it down.
