yes i miss avos so much, i saw some in a supermarket but 100 rmb for 500g

When I was in Chengdu, I actually found avocados. It was in a big fruit and veggie market. They were like 30 RMB each...so pretty expensive but worth it!

We get avocados, kiwi fruit and I saw chokos at our local markets...I'm near Hangzhou

I've recently moved to Guangzhou and saw avocados at the local Metro wholesale store. I'm not sure about the price, but there are Metro stores throughout China.

Avocados are expensive as hell here. In the markets I've seen like 68-100rmb per 500g. But in Shanghai, there is a lady that is known as the Avocado Lady who has a market and sells them cheap. Occasionally some street vendors will have them for 8-10rmb a piece as well.

Avocados are everywhere try the market place and those newly built japanese style market places. Any Jenny Lou's should carry them and the cheapest you will find it is around 7 to 8 rmb. The most expensive one's I saw were probably around 12 to 13 kuai.

Sanyuanli Market (三源里菜场) near Liangmaqiao is the place to go. Bought avocados for 8RMB a piece last week, but I think I could have gotten them cheaper.

They're available in Carrefours as well. I got 2 for 30 kuai a couple of days ago.
