SIP
Li Gong Di
YueGuang MaTou (moon harbor)
Shi Hui Lu (Shihui neighborhood center)
downtown
Shi Quan Jie
Zhu Hui Lu (bamboo road)
Gong Xiang (walking street)
SND - no idea
Xiang Cheng - no idea
Wu Zhong - no idea
Depends on what you are looking for. Jenny's at Li Gong Di is pretty good on the weekends after 11 pm. Harry's is usually packed and has a very good band. Blue Marlin draws a crowd, but frankly I don't know why. Shiquan St. is mostly chicken bars now if that's your thing.

There's 3 Blue Marlins that I know of;
West Lake SIP
East Lake SIP
SND
Are you talking about all of them?
CharlieB:
I have only been to the SIP BM on the corner of Xinghai Jie. I have been here 4 years, live a block away, and was a pretty regular customer the first year I was here. Then the food and service began to decline. It became so bad I did not go to BM for over a year. I recently returned as I had some friends that invited me on a Friday after work for drinks and dinner.
Disinterested staff, terrible food, excessively loud DJed techno. (So loud you could not possibly have a conversation).
As I said in my original post, "depends what you are looking for". If you are looking for disinterested staff, terrible food, excessively loud DJed techno then I can highly recommend it.
