No I haven't, one thing is that Chinese people are very finicky when it comes to food, if it doesn't look right they won't eat it. People here always check the restaurants and street vendors before they purchase. Maybe this gutter oil is used where migrants work or something, as they don't have a lot of money to buy food!

yes people here are very finicky about their food that's why they cook and serve rotten meat and fish from polluted waters,

i agree rich the gutter oil is perfect for restaurants because customers cant examine the oil before hand.

As rich said, you wouldn't know even if you had. I just try not to think of all possibilities when I eat and just concentrate on the taste, but if you are the type of person who thinks about what may happen then you probably should stick to imported caned food.

Just try to think that the high heat from cooking kills all the germs and breaks up dangerous chemical compounds. Right? Right??????

Just think of it as the secret ingredient that makes the place's food so special. If you think anymore about it, then you'll have to resort back to the "everything is going to kill you here, so you might as well enjoy" mentality.
