Q: Difference between China and ROA

I wondered if China is specifically different from ROA (Rest of Asia). I have some vacations coming, and was wondering if traveling outside China was worth it, considered China as many places to visit.

What is the pro and con of China vs ROA?

Better, cleaner beaches in ROA and more cosy, attractive tourist destinations that are better managed. You can find pristine natural beauty in ROA without having to face a mass-bombardment of Chinese tour groups. Got to ROA.

You should look at China + ROA = a cow.

China is the cow's head. Yes, it has pretty eyes, and a big tongue, and cute ears, and a wet nose that in cold weather breathes out steam, which makes it very interesting.

But ROA = the rest of the cow's body. There are many interesting points: for example, a cow's tail! It is used to flick away flies off the cow's bottom (cows HATE flies landing on their buttocks!) Cows have very interesting hip bones too. And Friesian cows have great colouring, like a blotchy zebra. And if you never went to ROA (rest of cow) you would never appreciate that cows have FOUR stomachs!

So definitely include ROA in your trip, otherwise you will be left with just a cow's head.

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
