I was working for two months at a school in Shenyang China and I quit the job after the manager starting yelling at me when I said that I am not going to do demo classes for the school as it is not written in the contract and I had asked about why social insurance premiums and taxes  were not taken out of my salary. I had stayed in China for a month after and had another job lined up. I was waiting for the school to pay me, cancel my work permit and provide me with my release letter. After they had paid my salary minus the contract breach fee I had left China as I wanted to be with my girlfriend who lives in Cambodia. Since then the school has provided me with the work permit cancellation letter but they had told me that they will not give me the release letter until I have gone with them to the PSB to cancel my residence permit. I had left China before they were able to cancel my resident permit as I did not want to have to wait in China for 30 days. I am aware that I would get a visa that would give me 7 days to leave China and that I would have to reapply for a z visa anyway. As I have left China does this mean that I would have to reapply for a z visa like before and that I would not need the release letter and the work permit cancellation letter.
