Q: Do you think certificate represent all the ability?
Today I went for an interview in an American&Chinese joint Adventure company.The chinese hr looks down on my CET4.Then I told them I am not interested in their company.Then the American guy called me shitbird,I called him a whole back.I really have no idear about these people.does certificate so important to you?
yes........if genuine. certificate shows your ability and caliber. even your IQ level is define from that. its again miss victoria 1987............ they are very much important. if you have passed cet 4 and 6 your english is somewhat good. you can imagine the value of certificate if a foreigner guy shows up with HSK 4 or 6 or 8 or 9 certificate. what does those certificate tells you in first place.

I don't think so,I happen to kown lots of of people passed CET6 or above can't speak good English,their pronounciations are awfully.
They even can't translate an article.
Many of them are English teachers.

Certificate is show your ability at first place,but you can't judge a person just by a certificate.Even I didn't pass CET6,but I can speak good English,I can read,can do translations,cas I spend more time than most Chinese on English,if I just want to pass CET6,I am sure I can,but I don't really think CET is a good test,I don't want to
focus on just pass a CET.I would rather people see my ability.
I was working in ZheJiang province,the boss looked down on my certificate also,as time past,he was impressed by my ability on doing export business.

ok, what are you saying to these people before they say nthese things to you? you are only telling us half the story. carrying a fowl attitude into an interview is retarded. why even waste your time applying for the job? if you are getting cursed at by different people at different companies then the problem is with the person in the mirror.

The guy looked at my resume,said just CET4,low.Which made me unhappy.So when he was interviewing me.Then he gave a bottle of water and asked me to promote the water to him.I can't come up a lot of idears about that ,of course I cant speak a lot of English.then he told me :I throught ur English is below average in our company.After I told him certificate cant say everything.Then I told him I throught I am not suitable to your company also.Then he told me will give u a second round interviiew if they think I am ok,I told them I have other interviews also,I dont wanna wait.Then I told the US guy ur administrative clerks were very unprofessional,then he called me shitbird.I called him whole back,then he called me ladybody,ur cursed,I produce a cock to piss u off,crazy smoker.I just told him u r naive.

you really to learn humility. you flunked the first interview. but the guy was kind enough to to give you a second interview. and then you used it as an opportunity to insult his co workers. is there really a lot of competition in this country? you live and work in china, they go by certifications. and they gave you an opportunity to show that you were better than the cet4, but you struckout!. what kind of person goes into an interview unprepared to show that they can do the job? why not politely reshedule the 2nd interview by saying that you have something very important to do lATER? you can't go into an interview thinking you are better than everyone. how did you even find the job you have now???? now i see why you are always changing jobs. dear you need to take a month and come here and i will train you on how to behave like a professional. speaking of professional. you go to an interview and insult the staff saying they are not professional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! does anyone see the irony!!!!!!! you tell them you are not suitable for the company?!?!?!!?! then why are you there?

I was working for the Israel company,my Jweish boss was nice to me,I like he being my boss,but I dont like Hongqiao,my Jweish ex forced me to go there,I had to run away after we broke up.I worked there for 20 days roughly,but my boss was nice,I just left,didnt ask salary from him,actually I just disapeared.Cas I felt sorry,he was nice to me,a good boss I would say.
But before I left,I think I got him a small business,for this I felt better.

In my hometown city,I had the great job,my boss even wanted me to go aboard for export business exhibition.I love my job,90% export sales came from me.That is why I dont interested in jobs in Shanghai.I came to shanghai for finding a bf and if possible,get a good career together,but I wanna find a company has a good chance,definitely not these companies I have worked.The only company I was interested was a pump company in the industry zone.But the air polution is very heavy,no kidding,even I like this one,I dont wanna work in an industry zone.I have kownleage of pumps and export process.I kown the only job I want is the export sales.All the time I am just looking for a pump company in the downtown or near downtown.I dont wanna waste my pump kownleage,it takes me a lot of time to familar with these.The reason I wanna stay in downtown is here has more foreigners,I wanna a bf ,and also have a new career again.

Humble sometimes for me is a socializing mask to get what I want.
But sometimes humble for me is a quality,when I really see somebody is better than me in some areas,I would like to chat with him to kown more about that.But I cant be really humble in front of the people I feel not doing as good as me,but I can just fake to be.
Victoria, YOU are asking THEM for a job, there is a clue there.
YOU are expected to be polite, courteous and keen they want to see how much you want that job. If they don't like your qualification they you respond with positives in related areas, i.e. your experience etc, if they ask you to sell a bottle of water, you do so, if you cannot, then you're likely to fail the interview, (in all likelihood they were testing your English more than your sales abilities). With the attitude you have displayed in those interviews I wouldn't employ you as a cleaner! Although they appear to be less than professional by insulting you, that is no excuse for you to do likewise, unless of course you want other companies to hear about you and you end up with a reputation that will prevent you from even getting interviews.
