I'm wondering, it's awfully hot out there - have you ever tried boiling an egg on the streets and seeing what happens?
No, but I have seen someone cook an egg on the trunk of their car before...
Wouldn't boiling an egg require the use of boiling water?
diverdude1:
H2O boiling point 99.98˚C @ 1atm. Hottest recorded day in China is 49.7˚C in Turpan, Xinjiang, 1987.
( yes, I'm a smart-ass. I'll be here all week.(round of applause) )
For most cooking advices, I always consult my 'niang'.
I've seen many people experimenting with feces and piss over the last week...

I very nearly joined that club the other night. Though not intentionally, I think it had something to do with my Chinese friends talking me into eating from a street bbq despite my objections.
