The only way you’ll get a car license / plate in Guangzhou is through the lottery but you already know that or you wouldn’t have posted this:

I did read that part of the lottery is an auction where you can bid for a plate though the prices were very high.

Man like Hotwater said, we already told you that you can't just take your car current plate tag and register, you gotta get a new plate tag number that you bid for, and it is sooooo expensive, you gotta trust us that if you're not rich than this plan to get a plate tag and registration won't work. Because China doesn't want too many people driving because there are too many people already. Its the same concept for why all cities but Shenzhen can't go to Hong Kong but twice a year because they would flood the streets with too many people.

So how to solve the traffic problem or at least by trying: Make the plate tags super expensive.

Now as for the address and location, thats on you man, we ain't your assistants, if you can find it yourself than you shouldn't be driving anyway. You should have a little know how of how use Baidu and find things when you need it.

Do you have any idea how to use a search engine? I typed “guangzhou car licence plate auction prices” into Bing as it doesn’t need a VPN

http://onestop.globaltimes.cn/how-do-you-get-a-license-plate-for-a-car-in-china/

GuangZhou auction prices were 20,000-30,000 RMB 3 years ago.

what you need to try is this - register yourself as living in Dong Guan or Foshan (just over border from Guangzhou if your working resident permit is GZ issued). By register I mean get the temporary registration form from a police station. To do this you’ll need a fake rental contract. Next but a car from a local shop. Follow the instructions in the link above.

A:Wow, you really found that nitpicky talking point that elevates the fossil fuel industry to the same level as the interests of humanity. Isn't it all just a "liberal" scam, if you don't look too closely at the absence of logic? "Yes, it must be. My masters are hinting that that's what I should believe!"

You've made it clear you are consciously ignoring the pollution and global warming. Since your handlers, the conservative establishment whose dismantling of the carbon credit system and environmental destruction you choose to ignore, have made it clear you should bark in this direction, you are eager to please!

Such an admirably domesticated, dependable, subservient human. I'm sure your handlers will throw you a bone while they bring home the bacon for themselves. You're so obedient, you deserve a doggie cookie! Who's a good boy? You are! Yes, you are. U-S-A! Woof woof woof! -- coineineagh
