Q: Home away from Home

So when you get back to your accommodation  after another day in China it's nice to be back to something....a little less Chinese.
The VPN is a Gateway to the things in the far away land you escaped but now doesn't seem so bad.
I know a couple of guys that have bought places in China. The first guy is single and has transformed his apartment into a place that you wouldn't expect...it's like walking through a Portal from Beijing into New York ...everything in the place says American.
From the Bruce Springsteen poster to the magazines on the coffee table,Bud in the fridge hot dog condiments in the pantry .He even has a pet Parrot that lives on the balcony most of the time pooping over the railing and swearing like a sailor in English at the Neighbors.

The other Guy I know is Married to a Local Lady and recently bought a place which they decorated  themselves.
They have two bedrooms and  my mate had this silly idea he could use the spare one  as a music studio...he soon got kicked out to the Balcony like a Parrot and now does a U2 tribute serenading the people in the street bellow ....and a bit of a Parrot stuff to after a few drinks .
So I guess home is what you make it
Thanks for reading and please remember to give the post a Thumbs up if you liked it or a thumbs down if you didn't.
Cheers Phil

Gotta make your home as comfortable as possible. In the long run, that's a money saver. People with crappy digs find it necessary to go out every night Smile

Home is where you find to keep itpeace and shelter and also comfortable as possible. In other words, home must be a place of stress saver.
