Q: How to avoid having liver cancer in Guangdong province ?

I heard recently that liver cancer is widespread in Guangdong province. I have no idea what to do or eat to avoid having it. Any suggestions ?

Don't panic! There is higher incidence of liver cancer in China because  a lot of people are infected with hepatitis B virus (HBV).

HBV is transmitted mainly through sex, so as long as you practice safe sex, and take your HBV vaccine shots, there is no need to worry, plus moderation in alcohol intake is a good thing, since alcohol damages the liver.

obviously not smoking is always a good suggestion when it comes to not dying a painful death from some nasty cancer
