Hi, I have problem about how to get more information about job. It happens often, that it´s written there "feel free to ask" but actually there is no contact or bottom to press for asking a question. I only can apply for job.
I need that, because sometimes they don´t give information if only Native speaker should apply or if they provide working visa....
Thanks

Apply for the job, and if they bother to follow it up, then ask the questions you want.
most jobs are pathetic about supplying the important information such as supply of working visa etc.
A good rule of thumb is that if such vital information is not there in the original ad, it is not legitimate and they are just trying to catch suckers out.
Many Chinese employers don't like when people ask too many questions or ask for clarification. they just want an FT they can control and exploit.

a legitimate employer will be happy to answer any and all your questions clearly.
Fudging answers, ignoring your question or telling you that what you are asking is not important is a good way to weed out the potentially unscrupulous.
remember, you are also interviewing them as an employer as well as the other way around. Poor responses from a potential employer indicates how you will be treated.
Don't be so desperate as to accept the first offer if you are not 100% happy with it and all the wording in the contract.
Also don't get suckered into giving things like passport info or copies of your degree until you are ready to sign.
good luck !

Thank you,
so when they ask to give the documents together with application in the job offer, I should not give it to them and wait till they ask for them again?

only when you are 100% sure you are going to sign with an employer, then send them copies of official documents.
identity theft if endemic in China and many 'recruiters' will sell your information off to who know where.

It is not as doom and gloom as some people make it out to be. I work in HR doing this sort of thing. Just email them. If they are reputable then they will answer your questions. If they try and avoid questions even when you press then then stop communications with them.
