Q: How do Chinese celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival?

It's not really celebrated that much. The biggest aspect is that the family eats moon cakes together. Luckily, you can get a wide range of moon cake flavors nowadays, not just the salty duck egg filling. On a scale of one to ten though, the best any mooncake will score is about 4 (unless it's the Haagen-Dasz version but its made of ice-cream so doesn't count).

Mooncakes are eaten to remember the overthrowing of the Yuan dynasty, which was done at the time of spring festival.
But for celebration, it's mostly taking out long underwear and wearing it every day until next May.
