several manufacturing plants for textiles in shandong province near the gaomi and weifang areas, they make sheets, curtains, and towels for international export, i occasionally do english voiceover commercials for some of the plants, they usually have german engineers live at the plant for maintenance of the equipment. they cant use chinese maintenance that are trained but  because they always look at the cheapest way to fix something rather than fixing something to make it last as long as possible before needing repair again, they stick with german engineers to keep everything running at full throttle on 3 shifts.
