I have sent several applications (but not more than 10) on echinacities and in my past experience, I received replies to more than 50% of my applications. How much time should I wait to pass until I can assume that a certain company is not interested in my application?
Also, is it advisable to attach your custom CV to every application or is it sufficient to use the resume that you create on echinacities?
Thank you
