Q: I plan to get high with a woman from Yunnan how do we start a joint bank account

My future wife's name is Shen Jingbing.

I want her to have my American address but I can' find a way to reach her because I'm stoned!

I live In Miami Florida and I trying through the Chinese

Consulate Chicago to reach her.. They have no way to find her! Do you know how o reach her?

We love each other. Or at least the weed.

Not sure how to help you but I would like to put this into the answered section to attract attention from more experienced people here that may be able to help! Just a guess - In China the word "high" (一起“嗨”起来） means to get happy/ have a great time , so the consulate staff may not have understood why you need a bank account for that?

I saw this question several times before getting the pun - JOINT bank account. Yea, I'm a little slow sometimes... probably has something to do with the joint room I shared with my roommate in college

Imagine, you're an employer, who can sponsor my entry and work in China, but after my arrival to China would be found I carry some sickness, which would prevent Chinese .gov to issue a Residence permit. Rule is: Z visa should be converted into Residence permit in 30-days after entry to China. So, my advice is:"Complete ME in your home country and forward medical results to your employer".Z visa grant will follow shortly afterwards.
