Fluent in English is not enough to be a business executive, as an executive, it requires you to have good sales record and sucessful business management background.

Sure, anything is possible in China. Did you know that there are a couple of people in china who are also fluent in English and they also are fluent in Chinese. This is handy because, surprisingly, most people in china speak chinese. The bottom line is; what do YOU bring to the table and how much extra profit will YOUR employment provide the company?

It is probably best to start by applying to work for a Chinese company in your country, eg Huawei, Alibaba, Wanda, and then move from there.
