Q: Is it possible to apply (and what are the chances of getting) for the Student visa after Work visa?

I have switched to Work Visa from Business Visa recently but I see I made a major mistake, as the school has completely gone out of control.... So, is it possible to apply for a business or !best! student visa after work visa, or there is no chance for getting any of them anyways?

Thank you

Were you working on a Business Visa at a school, then made it to a Working Visa? There, on site, in China? Is it me or it sounds dodgy? With the working visa law and all working regulations, this it sounds weird all at once. And you want to switch to a student visa further on... . My feeling is you may not be able. Hey, it's just a feeling only anyway. If you can however, would you let us know? Someone else here, like Mike, Stiggs or icniff77 could help you with the right info.

To be honest, you would be best posting this question on redditt China visa. Or, if you dont have a VPN, try the GoKunming website. Not many students post here.

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
