Q: Is it unpolite among chinese people to lick the chopsticks??

Everytime I dine out with chinese friends it happens almost everytime that SPECIALLY girls in the meantime we talk or they are about to grab some food they lick the chopsticks.
Is not only once, they do it a few or many times during the whole meal.
I find this kind of disgusting since chopsticks are drown in to the same food... I have no problem with the fact about we all eat from the same food with the same chopsticks that perhaps we lick obviously while we eat...
But, is it unpolite or among chinese people you find this is disgusting or not polite?
Thanx

Yes it's bad etiquette even among Chinese... personally I always ask for extra chopsticks to be put on the plates and to be used when serving...

A:  You cannot legally teach English in China with non-English passport ... as it is a norm almost everywhere around the world.  ... been there, done that ... for a longer term,    before the Labour Law changes in China in 2017 ...  After that, I've tried as a non-English native teacher in Russia, Turkey and Spain, where you can maybe land a job today as a non-native English teacher for a significantly lower pay.  Detailed job market research is advised...  Good luck! ..., but IMO, it's not worth a hassle! -- icnif77
