Q: Non Criminal Record about to expire ... apply anyway?

Hi Guys,

 

My Non criminal record will expire on 17th of October (3 months validity), do you think it is fine to use it for my Foreign Expert certificate application ?

 

I am applying from outside of China

Wait till they ask you for the fresher one!

 

I am using one from 2013, and nobody bothered me while I was in China (before 2017). I got new FEC with the same Non-Crim for the year 2016/17.

 

It's still good even out of China ....

 

I guess, Turks might have an access to EU Crim. records base, but maybe not.

No such thing as a foreign expert certificate now. It was replaced by the unified foreigner work permit. 

 

 

Why would your certificate of no criminal record expire after only 3 months?
