Q: Is piao.com.cn a reliable and safe ticket site?

Has anyone ever bought event tickets through piao.com.cn? If so, was it okay. With so many scandals about personal info leaks on Chinese websites, I'm a little weary to give out my personal info online here.

I bought a ticket through their website and got my ticket delivered on time as expected. I think it's quite reputable but the site itself isn't very foreigner-friendly. When I tried booking through the English version it didn't work so I ended up trying the Chinese version which was fine. That was a minus point. Another drawback is that they call you via mobile phone a couple of hours later to confirm which isn't good if you don't speak Chinese or if you want immediate confirmation.

I usually just call them and order the tickets, they're pretty reliable (this service is in English). I call them, order the tickets and make payment when they deliver, and they deliver on time, no major issues. I don't remember having to give any personal information other than my address and phone number.
