Q: Qingdao Old Town/German section, recommendations?

Hi, I lived in Qingdao for four months, but was at the university and frequented that downtown area, Shilaoren, LPG...I love that area, but am going back for a visit and am staying in near the old german area...does anyone have recommendations (food..best beach..etc) for that part of town?

have you been wusi plaza ,there have a big red sign ,there have many beach ,No1,No 2,No 3,in my opinion ,i think the No 3 beach is better,,but these day ,the beach become green ,the pollution ,so i am not recommend you to beach and swim, but maybe you can try rent a bike and go biking over the beach ,and do,do you like sea food ,here sea food very famous ,and beer ,if you like you can go beer street ,and if you want try specious Qingdao snack ,you can go pichaiyuan ,and if you want other chinese food ,not sea food ,you can go yuanxiao road ,a famous place .

as you near old town /german section ,you can go to No1 beach ,but these place i have mention are not fer away from you place .

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
