Q: Is this really true?
I was just informed that Chinese don't help people at a accident or if someone is injured on the street because if they do then the injured NORMALLY sue you who helped them. if found out the plaintive lied then its just a ..sorry i thought it was you....

Sadly, it is quite true in some cases. This is why people sometime hesitate to provide help at accident site.
why the heck was my comment deleted it answers the question it is true because chinese are such liars and cheats that they will lie and cheat the person that saves their lives.
and it is also true despicable acts come from despicable people, clearly not all chiinese are despicable but must live in fear of the overwhelming despicable majority,
Lets make a new code... Instead of saying they're locals say they're white, the admins will leave it then!
