My throat got infection and could not eat spicy food, I asked the company to make me one dish which is not spicy. They did not make for me and instead the boss's relative criticized me for saying it. I went mad and went to eat outside by spending my own lunch money.
Now my throat is recovering well and it should be recovered completely after a a while. I feel mad for how I got treated like this when I am on the sales manager position brings the company business and help the company train sales. I felt not respected with this treatment. They did not call me for lunch during the time I choosed to eat out, they just called other employees to eat the lunch during the lunch time.
So should I go back to eat with them at the company after my throat got recovcered well?
I have not formed the decision to stay or leave, so I just stay before I make the final decision. I have to be careful with making the decision as I need to think of money issue.
Spent a lot of money in New York, not much savings, the boss hold two monthes salaries of mine.

You and DiverDude should just get a hotel room Vicki (although you're both one and the same).
Just another rehash of the same old bullshit. Supposed to be a "manager" but you cannot even manage your own decisions without asking a bunch of strangers.
Chumbawumba.

Now they were a GREAT band back in the day! Saw them first time in 1983 supporting the Poison Girls when Chumba were an agit-prop band. Then caught up with them again in their Tubthumping days...music had changed a bit, lyrics were still very much anarchistic leanings and they were great live. Then a few left & they went acoustic. Never saw them live doing their folkie-agit-prop stuff but the albums were still good & a superb live CD. Shame they packed in a couple of years back - a couple of them are involved over with policies musicals now.
Ooops - didn’t mean to waffle on so much ;-)
