Sign up with Google Sign up with FacebookQ: Single Entry Visa Issued Within China
I'm in Shanghai staying with my husband, who is a student here. I initially came here on a 90 day, multiple entry tourist visa. Because of some mix-ups, I had to renew it for another one month, single entry, before getting permission from my husband's school to get a longer one. Now I have a six month, single entry visa. I need to go back to the US for about a month, and I asked the man at the entry-exit bureau if I would be able to leave and come back without changing my visa. He said I should be able to do that once, since I've never technically "entered" China on this visa. Does anyone know if this is correct? I'd like to just trust him but he caused a few of the mix-ups that cost me a lot of time and money and I don't want to rely totally on his judgment. I need to know if I'm going to have to deal with more entry-exit malarkey.

it is very simple: Just See what is written after "No. of Entries on your visa: 0 or 1", if it si 0 you cannot come and if it is 1 then you come once on the same visa..
