Every time I come to Beijing, my skin breaks out and I look like a teenager. I don't know if it is from the pollution, food, both or something else entirely, any thoughts on how to get rid of it?

loits of acne products, try skin cleansers, wash often.
For what it's worth: I'm not in China, but I work in a factory where part of my job is soldering connections in the products I make. If I don't have a vent on and catch a face-full of the smoke when I'm working, I'll have a vicious acne attack. I'm guessing this is not unlike your reaction to the air in Beijing...
My way to combat breakouts is to:
1. Never touch my face. That just seems to make things worse.
2. Carry some alcohol prep pads (the kind they use to clean your skin before an injection), and wipe my face periodically throughout the day. I normally get mine at Walmart, here in the States. Not sure where you can find them in the Middle Kingdom. Isopropyl alcohol can be pretty harsh on your skin, so if you're sensitive, it may take some getting used to... you might want to apply a light moisturizer after. (But make sure your hands are clean first!)
3. Wash my face as soon as I get home. (Be careful if you use an acne wash in addition to the alcohol, it could be a bit too drying. You might need to moisturize afterward.)
Even if your reaction is from the change in diet, a good skin-care regimen will help keep you cleared up... Good luck!
I have the same problem,It's because of the dry weather.I hate the climate .
