Also which hotel have you stayed in while there?

Macau sure is expensive. I found a website with a list of hotels. The Okura and the Galaxy look like good candidates. Enjoy your holiday.

Macau is expensive but very nice. Don't be cheap with your hotel like I was. The Venetian looked nice when I walked around in it. I stayed at the New Century Greek which was the worst upscale hotel I've ever been to. What kind of casino hotel doesn't have wifi? Seriously? Try to look at weather forecasts when you plan your trip and make sure the weather is clear. It was smoggy/foggy the entire 2 days I was there.

Looks like all hotels are booked during Golden Week (thats when im going). Only the Venetian is available. $500 AUD night.....got no choice I guess....

at least the hotel looks nice.
