In every country, its a common sight to see street performers doing shows on downtown roads, public squares, parks, beaches etc. In China we come across a whole range of young to elderly artists playing all types of music on variety of instruments like traditional erhu, ukulele, flute or drums, guitars, violins etc. Some artists generate a crowd of passers-by to gather and enjoy, while others perform unnoticed or largely ignored!
While a few perform out of passion and to showcase their talent, many do it to earn by way of a contribution/donation from the crowd. Do you think some do deserve money to be dropped in their boxes ?
How are China’s street performances compared to those in your country ?

If you are fond of music and appreciate life, you may respect their talent and art form. If not, you will feel the music like noises.
