Q: turning to work visa

Guys if you have any ideas that if someone was doing internship in china is it possible for he /she can apply for working visa in china ,macau or hongkong while still  living with in the china any ideas guys

It was possible to apply for Z in Chinese Embassy in Wan Chai if it was stated on the Invitation letter that 'Z visa pick-up is in HK'.

IL as such must be confirmed by SAFEA (Foreign Experts Bureau), which also issues one's Working permit.

 

Last time, I did that was in 2015. Today, who knows about anything in HK ... I'd say, it's a slim chance anything can be done in HK.

From my understanding, HK is off the table now for anyone who doesn't actually reside in HK.
