Q: uh... what? Mothers taking their underage kids to visit hookers in hotels? Why on Earth?
So... Just kinda sorta witnessed a mother haggling over sexual services for her son, who obviously looked underage - probably no older than 15. She was pretty brazen, even leaving the door open while they discussed what he would get, and for how much.
Have you ever seen anything like that here? Why would a mother, of all people, do something like that?

Maybe she found the kid had been Googling gay porn and was trying to 'heal' him. A 12 year old student of mine asked to see my penis the other day. My wife spoke to his mum and she said she was concerned because he'd been Googling gay porn. Personally I spotted the kid was as gay as the day is long ages ago. I'm just concerned that they might not support him for being himself, but that's the world, everyone thinks their way is the right way.

I read that some Chinese see virginity as an elixir of youth, i.e. if you make love to a virgin it somehow keeps you young, and that this works both ways, i.e. male and female virgins. So much so that you can often 'sell' your virginity for a good price especially if you are from a high social status.
Perhaps she believed this but not being from a high social standing was just trying to negotiate a good discount to get her son laid? Or of course perhaps she WAS from a high social status and he / they had a thing about hookers.
Wow, Chinese parents will pay for lessons for anything.
I have witnessed negotiation for fruits and vegetables, but nothing like this.
