I live in Hanyang, study in Wuchang and I use one bus to arrive to my school. Because often have traffic jam, blocked roads, too many people on the bus, etc., I think about to use bicycle. I don't know if it can be good and comfortable in Wuhan. Any experience?

Never tried it in Wuhan but I've been there once and I don't remember it as being particularly mountainous, so I'd say, yes, try it, especially now that it's not too hot. I wouldn't want to live here without one (here being in Shenyang) even if the winters are far too cold. Start with an average second hand bike, if you're not too tall a 26 inch may suffice and those can be obtained for less than 100 kuai. Good luck.
You study in Wuchang, right? The traffic there is so bad. Do you mean a pedal bicycle, or an electric or gas-powered motorcycle? Regardless, it'll be dangerous with the way people drive in Wuhan.
You'd probably be a little safer with an electric motorcycle, but I'm worried about you being smashed up against the recently-installed construction blockades.
Good luck with that, Hell!
Riding a bike is fantastic for balancing an over indulgence in oil, salt, msg and beer...however, it's an express ticket to hell (or heaven, as the case may be) if you're not very, very careful.
Make sure you employ defensive tactics at all times and don't forget that Chinese drivers are incredibly incompetent, inconsiderate and self absorbed.
But the buzz you'll get when you arrive safely at your destination will make the risks well worth it!
Go for it matey! (Oh, get insurance!)
