Weight loss by 'postings housing - China" ??

My advice better post in "Health & Safety" or "Sports" but I guess you don't think it is sports. Or lifestye maybe.

Advice from a parttime personal trainer. Weight loss stuff, traditional Chinese weigt loss, diets don't work.

Train and exercise 2-3 times a week and eat healthy and regularly during the day (and yes I don't say eat only an apple). Diets not working on long run.

Depending on how much you need to lose, a 200-500 caloric deficit per day from exercise and/or food will work. That said, you should go to a real health site for this.
