1.Be more respectful to your colleagues.

2.Don't be negative about other teachers.  Keep your opinions to yourself.

3. Clean your apartment.

An obstinate former ESL teacher faces an official CFTU firing party, a Wumao (center, arm raised) offers supervision.

Due to close cooperation between the Ministry of Education and the China Foreign Teacher's Union CFTU, the penalty for being fired has been changed from withholding of a release letter to summary execution on the grounds of cowardice.

The Timid Teacher pictured above pouted his way through one too many lessons. Said he didn't mind the rifle fire but couldn't stand being expected to maintain a sunny disposition with the students. Admitted he was fired for it.

You see getting fired means abandoning your post which is letting down your pals; more it is letting down a country that looked to you to educate her. Some can do their duty without prompting, but others less strong have to know and understand the supreme cost of failure.

Well.......it sounds like it's all your fault really. And instead of rectifying the matter, you want to just quit and do the same at a new job?

Maybe grow up and sort yourself out first, and then think hard about whether teaching English in China is for you.

I agree, In fact the reason I think this is a troll is that it's impossible to not read that and think that the person writing it is a loser who's difficult to work with.
