Check the fire escapes as soon as you get to the venue. If they are locked on the outside don't go in.
Prepare a big sign with Eason Shag Me so you can wave it like all the others and no one behind you will see anything for the real local experience. Oh, and buy shitloads of tacky merchandise

I bascially go to Beijing Music Hall to watch music concerts. You are just not allowed to take bag into Hall, outside mall musice hall, there are many lockers. You just put your bag in there, you take the key. after a concert ends, you can take your bag. Mobile phone is allowed to take with you, but make sure it is silence.
