Q: What do you think of China's take on pizza hut?

Back home it's pure pizza/pasta and ice cream with several side options available. Here they seem to have gone all out into making it some kind of multi-cuisine restaurant with steak, French dishes, fancy smoothies/hot drinks... it's as if it's not really "pizza hut" but more like "look-at-all-the-food-that-we-have hut" (sorry I couldn't think of anything else).

What do you think of the Chinese take on it? Is the food better/worse?

Regarding the Kids friendly restaurant , here is the info , regarding old stories , i cant say yes or no because i dont know the real story from both sides.

My side of the story ''as they told me'' is different. Well 10 months in TS i have never see someone ''screw'' the new partner that is also foreigner. Neither someone call names or do nasty things to the staff.

Best regards

Well the Pizza hut are not the same for sure, even their pizzas. I find the pizzas here are not as thick, they are not as long, and they do not even the same topics as they do in America. The consumers here are really getting ripped off at Pizza Hut, KFC ect. I agree with the person above, I would rather go to Papa Johns. Why do people here pay so much for pizza. Its actually not expensive to make pizza. Oh! they wont use ovens here. Anybody know of any good local pizza places in China with nice pizzas with real toppings and taste under 70 rmb ?

I thinkt he enviornment is better at Pizza Hut's in China, feels more fancy and "high end".  But I also feel the food is worse. Even though it's the same company, the pizza just isn't as good as the pizza at pizza hut's in America IMO.   In general I think most pizza in China sucks compared to pizza in America.

Pizza is like sex though, even if it's not good it's still not bad.

derek:

I agree with all this except the "high end" opinion.

" That was a nice dinner, what's really for dinner? " I recently ate at the new Pizza Hut in Nanchang. I wasn't really impressed and left hungry after dinner. I enjoyed the conversation with my two colleagues.

Pizza hut food is always worse. It matters not where you go.

A:Your potential employer is right! Purpose of the Medical exam before granting Z visa is to make sure, you won't be entering China in any abnormal and harmful to others condition.Few days after your arrival to China, you'll be required to complete another ME ... If ME in China will be OK, you'll get a Residence permit stamp into your book some 10-days afterwards. Imagine, you're an employer, who can sponsor my entry and work in China, but after my arrival to China would be found I carry some sickness, which would prevent Chinese .gov to issue a Residence permit. Rule is: Z visa should be converted into Residence permit in 30-days after entry to China.    So, my advice is:"Complete ME in your home country and forward medical results to your employer".Z visa grant will follow shortly afterwards. Employer is not wrong at their demand for the pre-arrival ME from your home country hospital.   -- icnif77
