I have a friend that started a business producing his own beverage. The name is 高纤嚼. It is an al natural high fiber drink that is now being sold in some places in China. He is now wanting to have an English name so he make it in international product. What ideas for a name do you guys on here have? Thanks.
Fiber Fuel.
Why? It contains fiber and nutrients to fuel your day. Have him hire me to do the international website, please.
High-fiber drink... Some kind of drain cleaner for humans ?
Drain-It-Out !
'It Tastes Just Like it Sounds; Like U are Drinking a Glass Full of Lawn-Clippings Drink'
Well, here are a few names that may work. @Hulk Fiber Fuel seems to be already taken by some kind of brick company and as fuel for race cars. Same with the domain name. You call yourself a pro! =P
Anyway some alternatives:
- Nurti-Fibe (available)
- Nutrifibe (available)
- Fiber Recharge (available)
- Liquid Fiber (available)
- Fiber Smash (avaialble)
It is best you do the research before picking the name. Checking if the domain names are available (.com, .net, .cn, etc.) or not and how easily it is to market that name. Take in to consideration how the logo would look, the SEO etc. If you need help, hit me up.
Here's a tip, the shorter the better.

Well, if it stays in China, it works... but if it moves outside of China...
I hope people don't confuse it with eating bricks and drinking race car fuel. People are pretty dumb lol.
I just read an articles on cracked where there was a diet candy called "AYDS" then in the 80's and 90s... AIDS became a world-wide known epidemic. The CEO decided he would not change the name and instead lost a bunch of sales. Finally, they convinced the CEO to change the name due to almost going bankrupt... so they tried to think of a new name that would wipe the slate clean, a name that they could build a new face, a new era... they named it "Diet AYDS".
That company is no longer with us.
Furious Fiber
Ferocious Fiber
Fantastic Fiber
Frenzied Fiber
Another aspect your friend should think about - while thinking of an English name, is the product content:
Would it pass FDA inspection and get certification ?
Without that, regardless of a fancy catchy name, his product would not be allowed to sell.
Chinese food products would face a lot of resistance in the minds of customers especially in the light of a certain baby milk powder scandal (although this is a few years ago), and he would do well to keep this in mind.
The horse meat scandal in Europe last year shows how scrutinised the food industry has been tightened up.
Good luck to him anyway !
Thanks. I will let you all know what my friend choose for the English name. Has and one see the drink in there city yet? Has anyone tried it?
The flavor they have now is stewed pear. Product is made of high fiber, other will apple and peach, and so on.
Absolutely Fiberous (AbFib for short... with a long 'i')
