Q: What is the scariest insect you've come in contact with in China?

A while ago someone asked what the poisonous spiders were in China. So now I'm asking what are your most dangerous critter encounters?

I had a run in with a wolf spider, which are supposed to be more dangerous here. It lived in my room for 3 days before I killed it. One time I came in my room and it was high up on the wall, it was horrible. I knocked it down with my room and squashed it against the wall until it stopped moving. I stomped on it a few times for good measure.

There is also a bee nest next to my air conditioner outside. They're that giant type of giant hornet. Luckily I have not had a problem with those things, I keep out of their way, and they don't bother me. Luckily it is getting colder outside.

I got bit by a tarantula, but luckily it was fried on a stick and it was my fault because I bit the wrong way.

I have yet to come across any scary insects, which is disappointing. Crying One of my hobbies is entomology.

10 inch centipede. I was too scared to step on it because I didn't think I was heavy enough to kill it.

I saw one of those centipede's in my old apartment. I was freaked, there were so many legs...

I used to have quite a lot of cockroaches too but found some poison to feed them.
