if you mean the cheapest, then taobao but usually you get second hand or fakes lol

I agree with Sarsa: jd.com.

I recently ordered and bought a Pioneer CD/DVR burner from them for about 100 kuai less than a brick-and-mortar shop like Suning or a box store such as Wal-Mart. Free delivery and turn-around was about 3 days. Happy with jd.com.
