Kouan Hospital is in Huanggang Port, Futian ....

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huanggang_Port

Futian Checkpoint Station (Chinese: 福田口岸站) is a terminus of Line 4 of the Shenzhen Metro. It opened on June 28, 2007. It is located at the ground level of Futian Port Control Point (Chinese: 福田口岸管制站) in Futian DistrictShenzhenPeople's Republic of China, and it is the only ground station in Shenzhen Metro. Futian Port Control Point and Futian Checkpoint Station are connected to Hong Kong's Lok Ma Chau Station by a footbridge.[1][2]

The station was called "Huanggang Station" (Chinese: 皇岗站) because of its location near Huanggang, which is also an immigration control point between Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It was renamed to "Futiankouan Station" on 15 August 2008 to avoid confusion between Futian Port and Huanggang Port.[3][4] "Kouan" (口岸) means a (immigration) port. Starting from 1 July 2010, with MTR Corporation (Shenzhen) taking over the operations and management of Line 4, the English name Futian Checkpoint is now used.

A:I had a similar experience in HK. If I recall correctly, before or at the Z visa application, I had to submit ME from the ordinary HK clinic, where I explained why I need ME and I asked them to examine only necessary things (I don't remember the cost ...), and then ... I got Z stamp and when back in China, I had to complete another RP ME, which was on the employer, i.e. included in the Contract ...We've never discussed refund of payment for HK ME with my employer. Year 2013 ...I'd say, that is a regular thingy embassies around the world require, before issuing visas for LT stay in the country. "Vladimir Vladimiro-Witch ras-Putin" (LOL@your pronunciation ..) demands the same thingy before granting LT stay in Ruski.  ... Haa, 2013 was the Snowden's year. I was in Kowloon at the time of his landing .. with all these files ... I'm-Still-in-LMAO-State ... Cost for the ME in HK was around HK$ 2000/200 EUR, and ME was kind of swift, quicker and way shorter than on the mainland ... -- icnif77
