It is well known fact aroud 80% of the mother board manufacturing companies resides in Taiwan, and the products that come from Taiwan are mostly following a standard in products .But In China all the shops are giving preference to China made products and most of them are not giving product with multi language support. As per my comparision all the products used in my daily work like computers, routers, switches ,hand held devices etc..Taiwan made is much more better and stable.

I can't speak to the issue of motherboards and technical issues like that but I can speak to the issue of high quality medium range high end bicycles.
For example, I have several bicycles (the picture in the avatar) that I use for the bicycle club to which I belong. One is Chinese-made Dahon 21 speed almost lighter-than-air aluminium alloy. It is made in Shenzhen to American specifications.
In the bicycle shop was this model and a perfectly similar model made by Dahon Taiwan, same specs, same model, same color. Price? Almost double and as I was told "it is because it came from Taiwan". Frankly I saw no difference in the quality nor in the engineering.
I have owned various high-end quality bikes made in Taiwan and in China before and some have performed well, and some have not performed well, and the good and bad were not uniform across the board.
Nonetheless, it is true IMHO that Chinese quality control could stand some fine tuning, to speak politely.
Chinese quality has to be better. I'm sure that's why there is such a high population of Taiwan guys that are hired by Western countries to oversee Chinese companies. Cause I'm not here for the simple reason to try and train the company to uphold even a minor level of quality.
I gather that the OP is a Chinese person, but no matter. It's a valid question. But you will have to endure your own irritation as I talk about China and Taiwan as if they were separate countries...
China makes decent products as well, now. However, they also produce substandard and even harmfully toxic stuff. The monikers "Made in China" and "Made in Taiwan" both evoke two thoughts in Westerners' heads:
(1) Possible value for money. (this aspect is diminishing as China & Taiwan increase the quality of their exports and develop towards normal prices of world products)
(2) Possibly junk because of manufacturer's desire to create items with the absolute cheapest raw materials possible and with poorly-trained labourers. (China has the added danger of harmful toxins present, due to having no enforced regulations, and little chance of wrongdoers getting punished for poisoning people)
I think aspect (1) is quite important to consumers, and it is driving the export strength of China. Even western companies seek cheap manufacturing in China nowadays, and *some* will maintain the manufacturing standards of their home country due to their intention to sell there. However, their rejects will appear on the Chinese markets.
Sometimes rejected merchadise is a boon to Chinese internal consumers, like diapers with just a slightly misaligned print, which my wife buys for our baby. But there is always risk, because China does not care for the safety of its own people. I doubt Taiwan would either, if it weren't emulating its western allies.

I got a downvote after 1m30sec. Now that's swift disservice. Maybe China can open a Scammers' Guild. It seems that the only things I've ever seen Chinese people do with enthusiasm, are backhanded things like this! I even see a pattern where Chinese demonstrate creativity, independence and initiative for disreputable activities. Traits I previously believed them incapable of in normal situations!
It's not easy to say definitively. Both places produce good quality products, but I think overall the Taiwanese consumer can chose between less crap than the Chinese consumer. Domestically China has a lot of crap producs, the good stuff gets exported.
