Coz people who select the yearly moves suck or perhaps they made a wrong movement and instead chose a shitty movie.

there is fast and furious every day on the street. do you really want that they copy the things in the movie with faster cars while they cant even drive smarts?

Because there are no Chinese cars featured in the movie, and that would hurt the feelings of the Chinese people to release such a movie within China.

It would be confusing. People would think they were at home looking out onto the streets. Then they'd think. "Hmmm, no smog, let me go for a walk" only to go outside to be terribly disappointed.

Firstly because, as Ted rightly pointed out, the film is bloody awful. But most of all I think it's because the speed limit in most provinces is about 7mph and they don't want to encourage people to put their foot down. Can you imagine if they did? It'd be a bloodbath. I think they need to make a movie more their speed. 'Slow and Vaguely Miffed' maybe. With 'Born to be Mild' as the soundtrack.
