MAYBE BECAUSE YOU USED CAPITALS ON YOUR APPLICATIONS?

Employers and recruiters are lazy! If they're not interested in you then they just won't reply.

Ask yourself seriously. Are you qualified for the jobs you're applying for? If yes then look again at your resume and how you apply for jobs.

As an example, on another China based website I see job adverts posted that say "contact me by email or PM". Then I see people responding with "Hi, I'm interested and/or qualified". I'd ignore those types if I was the recruiter as they obviously can't follow simple instructions.

Obviously, they aren't interested in your CV. Chinese employers won't reply if your CV misses something (photo) or for any other reason (as NNET).

I usually apply everywhere and if no replies, I am keep sending my CV, till I don't get an interview invitation or Contract -show.

I am Non-native English teacher working in China since 2009.

So, don't do it western way by applying only to a few offers. Apply EVERYWHERE till you won't get a reply, i.e. 'don't count how many resumes you sent'.

Good luck!

No details as to when you applied, how long you waited for a reply.

Maybe some of those schools don't have the legalities lined up.  Could be your the wrong age. Maybe even the wrong gender. If your replying to ads for a job in the fall, you are unlikely to here from them before June. It could be that you asked for more than 10,000 rmb per month.
