To answer your statement, because a question customarily has a question mark in English, I too would require a little more information.

Non-native speaker usually means that English isn't the first and primary language of your country. Without knowing which country your come from it is difficult to reason this conundrum.

The syntax, grammar and punctuation of your question would indicate that English isn't your first language. Please provide some more information. I'd love to know whether Colonel Mustard killed the butler in the library with a lead pipe.
