Let's say If a business owner's name is Jessica, and her company name is Jessica Model Co.,Ltd and she just starts her business. She doesn't want the clients to know that she is the business owner. Because a business owner try to send prmotional emails won't sell a good image of her company.
Is it fine for her to make email signature likes this? Will the clients still guess that Jessica is the owner of JESMODEL?
Best regards,
Jessica Lee
JESMODEL LIMITED
No way. Vicky you much morely clevererest. If they do see the obvious then they will be honoured to be spammed by a startup entrepreneur of your calibre.
What's your company? Vicmodel? Vickysuckpump? Morton enterprises?
This is Bill. Bill does not ask stupid questions about Jessica. Bill doesn't care. Bill is smart. Be like Bill.
Ya I think people will know you're the owner by that name.

Herow, this is a very honourable post, keep healthy good. Drink the hot viniger water
Is Vicky the Chinese Edmund Blackadder? She needs a Baldric.
So we have a genius entrepreneur named Vicki who forms a company named Vicki Model Company Ltd, or something very similar. Said genius now wonders if customers will link the name of the company to the name of the owner. If they are as stupid as the owner they will not, however for the rest of the world with an iq over 80 of course they will. So if you are such a genius why did you not even think of this before, or does genius level now kick in at an iq level of 65.
Today you get one WOW!
WOW! You start working on sending promotion emails
P.S. any monkey can do that!
tomcatflyer:
Please explain why considering you do not give a shit about people on this website, you keep coming back and asking stupid questions on the most mundane points of running a business? You really are as dumb as a box of frogs.
DirkBourne:
Qualifications are not needed to see your clearly a deluded fool with the ethics of a rabid dog.
As for your comment "I wont give a fuck about most people on this site" sums your attitude perfectly SO do one you dirty peasant!
Call it microsoft, everyone would be happy to get an email from Bill.
I come across this often in China.
The Chinese boss of a company often assumes their perceived status should be all they need to have product flow off the shelves. More often than not the boss is also a kickback master.
When I do supplier vists with my Chinese colleagues we can spot them a mile off. We dont care. We want the best product at the best price for the company we work for. And we want the safest product for our customer, the consumer. Our customers are number one. And that is you. The consumer.
ScotsAlan:
Wow. ECC is really buggy at the moment. Could not complete that post.
ScotsAlan:
Its the product and the price that is important. Add in volume etc, and try to work out how much the supplier will make over a year. And compare the suppliers potential earnings with the effort they are putting into getting the order.
ScotsAlan:
I have had suppliers offer entertainment girls before. No thanks. Cos if their product is shit it is me that has to sort it.
ScotsAlan:
As an Engineer who sometimes has to decide who gets half million buck orders, I dont really care about your company name, how you look, how you speak, or how you sign your promotional emails. Its the product that matters. And how good you are at making it. And can I ask you to make it a little differently without being met by the blank stare of no innovation allowed cos you have no concept of what it is.
ScotsAlan:
If you know your product inside out, and you can adapt, modify the design etc, you will do well. The customers will find you. If you are doing blind Jada without knowing what you are doing, the customer will just go find your supplier. I have done that before. Its easy on alibaba.
ScotsAlan:
Sorry for all the comments. If I type beyond the 'submit' box, it vanishes.
ScotsAlan:
For example. I was asked last month to visit potential suppliers for a new component we need. One of the suppliers was a guy on a second floor factory, he set the machines himself. Another was a guy who boasted about his 50 design engineers in his 5 story factory. We went for the guy who sets his own machines. He can solve problems the 50 design engineers cant. If the project works out he will grow. And make more money than I do..
ScotsAlan:
In short. Your company name and email signature mean nothing. If I am tasked with the job of buying 50k vaccum pumps tomorrow, where would I go to buy them? If your little chat box on alibaba has perfect english and an aluring photo, would I fly to audit you, or would I go to an actual factory who makes them.
ScotsAlan:
This is a rant against the copy culture. China has good designers and inventors. But as soon as they have an idea the Vikies are jumping on board to try and gain on stuff they dont understand. For every Chinese inventor, there are ten thousand Vikies looking to gain for no effort.
ScotsAlan:
Impressive rant so far. Ha Ha. There is a poster on these forums who is a personal friend of mine. He is doing about 2 to 3 million USD export trade a year.
Viki87:
Like you said, you are an engineer not a sales manager or an entrepreneurs. If marketing isn't important, companies won't throw top dollars on it. If your products are good,,sure,,then make people feel they are good before even trying it. Make people feel want to buy it before even think of buying. I have approached companies and come up marketing campaign proposal for their business with my products and I sealed some deals. An entrepreneur can lead a company well, but not an engineer. It is something called system thinking, a,leader is someone sees the big pictures, not some one has to be good at those engineering techniques. Engineer is needed for completing the project, not lead, because an engineers usually lack of system thinking entrepreneurship for able to lead a business.
ScotsAlan:
My last patent produced a cost down to the company and the customer that warrented a one milliion buck investment. How many patents do you have viky? I, as a low down engineer only have 11.
iWolf:
A dozen patents is impressive work. But just imagine how rich you would be if a sales and marketing genius of Vicky's calibre was pushing your products. Erm, no don't do that because she would have nicked them and would be pocketing any royalties and selling them off as her own work. Then gloating about it on ecc.
Jessica is schooling Alan. This is good stuff!
Scots, you shouldn't try to out-blog The Blogger with your own list of self-serving accomplishments. She's a pro at it.
Wolf, you had me laughing all day with "Morton Enterprises".
iWolf:
This thread is becoming hilarious. Vicky missed the morton pun. Did you know she is an unrecognised genius and super hot?
"I wont give a fuck about most people on this site" - we all know that statement is complete unicorn shite.
And still you post asinine questions that a retard would be embarrassed to put on their mum's fridge and expect validation. You do know what a fridge is? Do you have them in your village, Swine Bottom, Peasantville, Henan?
You are from Henan, aren't you. Most of the dirtiest lying cheat scumbag sociopaths seems to come from there.
By the way, you don't send promotional emails. It is SPAM that any half decent email filter will shovel into the Junk folder.
Just have a shower amd get to work. Friday is shower day, right?
