Did you try of using an online translator before the post?

Lem'me try to decipher the meaning of your Q ...

It depends on the individual contract offered by the employers to the employeees ...

China as a country isn't sighted to offer mentioned benefits, butT ... individual Chinese employers might offer visa and return flight ticket.

However, since you will soon realize, most of the Chinese employers are scumbags and don't respect signed and stamped contract terms ... or in other words, you maybe won't receive a refund of the return air ticket despite you will finish your contract and submit flight ticket for a refund.

That happened to me at my last exit from China in June 2017.

I didn't plan to return to China ever again, but just for the giggles, I applied at few job openings and once school offered a contract for signature, I asked them to dial my previous employer, private International school's owner in Guizhou and make her pay 6000 RMB refund for the air ticket.

None of the schools were able to convince the last scumbag lady school's owner and I didn't sign any of the offered contracts.

Just so you'll know ..

Chinese restaurants are eager to pay for return flights and luxurious accommodation when they enjoy the fabulous opportunity of luring unskilled foreign workers who demand higher salaries than local people and who defiantly won't have a sense of superiority or entitlement.

First-class & Beverly Hilton all the way!  Seriously though,,, obligated is a funny word,,,  most real jobs will put u up in average hotel until u get accomodation sorted out,,, but then again most real jobs already have your accomodation sorted out by the time u arrive.   Rare as he** to fly anyone over,,, but most offer travel payment on completion of contract.  Real schools will honor it, and scumbag Training Schools probably won't.  They are in the gig for a profit,,, so slighting someone on a few contract terms means nothing to them, as the (ex)employee has no recourse.  In other words,, if u don't like it,,, go F yourself. Hope u catch the 19 Bus too!

A: "... through ..."?  Only "through" comes to mind is "Shenzhen agent can connect you with an employer, who's authorized to hire waigouren ... and can sponsor Z visa." It's not like every 10th person you meet in Shenzhen's hood can sponsor work visa ...  The only way to change from student to labourer visa is just a regular way by: 1. Finding an employer, who'll apply for an Invitation letter; 2. Exit China and apply for Z visa in your home country's Chinese embassy; 3. Enter China in 30-days after Z visa was stamped into your travelling instrument ...As I am aware, you won't be able to switch to Working permit by remaining in China....,so make ready for a return to your home .... -- icnif77
